Coco Tours (Pty) Ltd. (hereafter known as CT) is a newly established business that operates in the Tourism Industry.


The business is in Randfontein and offers travel and tourism services in this area, as well as surrounding areas in the Gauteng Province.

The founder of CT has over 10 years’ experience in the Tourism industry, with 6 years working as a Travel Consultant dealing with the domestic and the international market at Tourvest Destination Management and working as a Transport Officer, dispatching at Gautrain. The Business is a qualified South African (SA) Travel and Regional Specialist and has obtained a Short Learning Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics from Varsity College in Sandton.

CT’s owner has interests in Marketing and completed Work Integrated Learning from Wilderness Safaris. Additionally, the founder of CT received three online certificates from the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) for the following courses:

  • Fundamentals of starting and running a business.
  • Fundamentals of business expansion.
  • Management strategies for people and resources.

With the founder’s experience, favorable market conditions, and CT’s unique competitive advantage, the opportunity for the Business to grow year-on-year is a realistic possibility.
CT will offer the following services:

  • Visits local restaurants and other places
  • Tailored made tours

CT’s strategy will consist of lead generation, lead conversion, and client fulfillment.

The business will run various marketing campaigns to generate leads and build the brand. A well-balanced sales approach will be followed to convert the generated leads into closed business. CT will grow its employee base of drivers, tour guides, and operations staff carefully, based on the need within the business, business growth, and time capacity.

A management system will be created to make sure that operations in the business function smoothly. CT will implement a system driven organization to make the business scalable within five years.
